La Villa Belen Apartment

So far love living here. Few of the neighbors are police officers so I feel safe. Management responds to concerns quickly. It’s New Mexico so crime is everywhere.... just make sure you keep your doors locked with your car and home...

A great place, well maintained and very quiet. It is the only major apartments in Belen. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think there is a waiting list.

Just an okay place to live. Updated, big kitchen. So far most of my neighbors are liars. The people that live here are kinda trashy. Walls are very thin The office has very irregular hours. It is affordable but think about living in Los Lunas, probably a bit classier than this place.

There are a bunch of low lives that live in the complex. Very Poor lighting not safe for your spouse and kids to go outside after dark, maintenance enters apartments without notice to spray the roach infested complex. Your laundry is always stolen from the Laundry room. Very small parking spaces. The small play ground is always flooded by water due to poor grounds keeping. The trash bins are always over flowed. Cars abandoned in the parking spaces. Apartment B-46 is a little lady high on Meth who eats cat food and asks where she can score drugs.
