Went to pick up my prescription, they said they had called my doctor because there were no directions for use in the script. I pulled away and called my doctor as well as looked at my script on my portal, clear as day there were instructions. Came back again, pulled up and the pharmacist said what happened I just talked to you. I said I had called my doctor and everything should be set, she said yes they called but it has been less than an hour since you were here its not ready. Then says you need to give us more time if you think it would actually be ready. It had been almost 2 hours since I had been there, I had drove home, taught a virtual class for over an hour then drove back. I understand it is stressful times but there was no need to be rude, could have simply said yes they called but its not ready yet can you give us another 30 minutes? Would have been happy no problem. Over an hour later (after being told 30 minutes) I got my script and asked about one of the items on the sign that said available at drive thru. They told me no I need to go into the store to purchase those items... so tell me why there is a big sign that says available at drive thru. Overall terrible experience, rude employees and false advertisement from the store.

I've always had good reviews for this location however in the last 8 months if you phone your on hold an average of 30 minutes then disconnected this happens each time calling they are extremely over worked and amazingly understaffed.nI don't think its the staff but management and corporate that is the issue here.nThe staff employees are always kind but now you burden them with drive through covid19 testing and add no one in pharmacy not acceptable at all.nI'm amazed more have not quit this and other locations.nThe manager is constantly walking around the store with no mask unless you look directly them the mask goes up.nGive them the support they need and deserve Corporate your aboutto loose a 4,000+ a year copay customer.nI applaud the current staff at this location and can't express enough with full retail store knowledge corporate is failing, management is not executing his duties correctly or the reviews would not be such.nCorporate I've just sat 43 minutes on hold now ill end this with both now...

You want to see what a struggling, overworked staff looks like? Long lines and frustrated pharmacists await as they can barely service you. They'll do anything to get to the next transaction as fast as possible, which has led to multiple mistakes and miscommunications between this pharmacy and my family. I don't know how much of the stress is due to the Covid-times we live in, but this is the messiest, most combative pharmacy I've ever seen. You better not be having any issues with your insurance, or they'll send you away, tell you to take care of it, and won't even tell you what's wrong. The most frustrated staff I've ever seen n my life, and it's only gotten worse since the nearby Walgreens closed down.

Ehh cvs. Every time i come here they’re poorly stocked or the products seem slightly beat up. Also the cashiers they have aren’t the friendliest. Also if your a couponer 9 out 10 times they’ll tell you that the coupon your using won’t go through even though it’s specifically for the product you purchased.
