Topspot 191 RV Park

Stayed here approximately 7 months. Owner takes care of this park and consistently making improvements. There are many fruit trees throughout. Wifi , Laundry, and showers available. Nice view of the valley down below. Joanne is friendly and accommodating. I've thoroughly enjoyed my visit while staying here and you will too.

We're regulars in this RV park and our experience in staying here for the most part is great. We have a small trailer but a ready access water and electricity makes our stay here somewhat comfortable. The owner is very courteous and accommodating as well as the manager. There are some fruit trees in the compound like plums, apples and pears that one can enjoy if you happen to be staying here during the spring time. This place has an ample open spaces that can be improved in terms of landscaping and maybe putting up some more functional areas like pavilion, garden or even a small play area for kids. Also, I hope there's a designated area for pets (as some dog owners just don't care if they don't see a sign where to let their pets dump). It's very quiet here, convenient to traffic and close enough to restaurants and stores. Being surrounded with amazing rocky mountain view is a plus! Overall, it's a pretty, decent place to stay and relax.

Small but quiet, will be much better when the trees are fully grown. Owner and manager both awesome people.

Nice feel but by far the worst rv park i have ever stayed at ! ! The people staying in the park are nice but owner is spooky for a single mom with a baby . power is outrageous.

We stay here often for several months at a time, the owner goes out of his way to make our stay as pleasurable and comfortable as possible. We will continue to make this our summer time base.
