Herbology Dispensary

This is the only Dispensary I will shop at! I was in customer service for over 14 years and the way they treat their customers is outstanding! I was blown away when I walked in and was greeted by the friendliest staff who are extremely helpful and will answer any question about anything. Oh did I mention that you get points for shopping? And the points can be used toward your purchase?! The quality I have been getting is amazing, I've never had an issue and I love that if I am a patient I can order online and pick up on store. Thank you so much!

local neighborhood area... looking forward to first visit had a fee questions.nDoor was locked, started to walk away back to my vehicle as the door opened. I ask... cool you’re open ? Nice mask ud83dude0eud83eudd19.nHe ask for id, showed him both, he motioned me by (no personality). Pushing that I didn’t have my ids out fast enough... about 6 seconds. Would not move back to let me in. (6ft social distance ?) about a ft to get by him as he tells me to show my ids again to the girl behind the window... so what was the purpose of demanding my ids and blocking the door ?nnI’ll check to see if there is somewhere else more inviting to take my money. Herbology dispensary is a decent location, however the lady that I guess manages the location is a bit extra. The budtenders and staff are super helpful and nice, yet that managers overbearing presents is a bit much. I find myself going there less and less just because of her energy. I do appreciate that they have a better military discount than keystone, but beyond hello by far has the best military discount for dispensaries.

Nice service. Selection is pretty good. Overall you'll be satisfied going here. Sometimes flower is picked early but that's not their fault..I guess

I cant Remember ever waiting long for my flower its always fast and they have comfortable seating very clean i don't mind waiting lol. Almost every other dispensary in Philly makes u wait outside before you go in. Not this place they adjust there times accordingly so there is not to much traffic in there. They don't always have a big selection of flower but what they get is always awesome.
