Best Western Plus Rivershore Hotel

absolutely loved my stay at the best Western Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby was large and had coffee newspapers and the interaction was fast and informative. Our room was really nice, clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, and the seating area as well. We had a beautiful view of the river on our balcony that had two chairs and a table that were also comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting out there with our coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m ever back in the area I would certainly stay there again. Also there’s a restaurant and the food was really good and they had an outside eating area which also overlooked the river. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we especially liked the coupons we got for breakfast.

Nice place in a great location overlooking the river. Room was well furnished. TV was a good size, but the reception was awful. Snowy picture and garbled sound. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness. Office staff was diligent with COVID19 protocols, but not the rest of the staff. Most disturbing was the housekeeping person. She never wore a mask nor was she gloved during her time servicing rooms. After observing her cleaning rooms during my passages in the corridor, I felt uncomfortable in my own room. It made me break out my own sanitizing wipes to clean all the touch surfaces in my room. In “normal” times I wouldn’t have thought twice about what I observed, but during this pandemic, appearance of cleanliness is something travelers expect to see. I won’t be back at this facility anytime soon.

I stayed for two nights. I loved the view from my balcony! The bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet really needs a deep clean. It actually turned my socks dark brown.

I have had à wonderful time during my week long stay. The river views are beautiful. The employees for the hotel, the restraunts and lounge are all wonderful. The rooms were very nice and clean. I will always come here to stay while visiting in the Portland area.
