Pretty nice place, good neighbors. Management is bearable. Good appartments though. Parking situation is tough.

Most expensive complex in Oregon City with worst reputation. Half the complex slid down hill years back and was evacuated

It's falling down the hill and there are a million broken down cars in visitor parking spots. So there is virtually no parking.

I would give this Complex management negative stars if i could. Louise, the manager here seemed to be very professional AT FIRST but after the first 9 months she has not only lost my rent and misplaced others but has harassed some of residence including a real nice older gal who is very sweet and unfortunately easy to walk all over and leave me... Louise definitely takes advantage there. So UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

I have to say that Louise is doing amazing job on the complex. Eventually everything will be done the way it should be.
