They never answer the phone. Very hard to get through to a real person or else the phone rings for ever.
This place is the worse so slow nothing is ever ready on time . I’m tried of waiting hours for my medication . So unorganized !
This is the worst service I have ever had in any rite aid or any other store . It took about 10mins for a cashier to come to the front about I yeld EXCUSE ME IS ANYONE HERE a few times n when the manager came to the front she seemed to be more upset that I was yelding n she didnt even apologize for me having to wait. There was a total of 4 cashiers so I dont know why it took so long .
After shopping here for years, I refuse to return!!!Every employee has a nasty attitude!!! The pharmacy is super slow. Told me 15 minutes. A half hour after it's still 15 minutes until ready.
The pharmacy staff are horrible
