I broke my rear derailleur cable passing through Oregon City and they were able to fix it right on the spot so I could continue my ride. Classic Cylce saved my day and the price was very nice! I was extremely impressed with the mechanic and the fast service. Looked like they have a great selection of used bikes, and knowledgeable mechanics. The shop was hopping with folks coming and going, lots of happy customers.

Great shop with A+ Service and friendly staff. Wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. I can trust my bike will be serviced professionally and handled with care. The mechanics here are very professional and always go above and beyond.

Disappointed! What the hey!? First, Al forgot to charge our credit card. Being honest people, 2 months later we called and told him. We did it again a 2nd time two weeks later. And then Al over-charges us!! Excuse me?!? When we called, he said that he rounded up the price and that there was an additional bike tax. Excuse me?!? We were kind enough to make sure he got paid... You should have comped that extra bit, Al.

Classic cycle is one of the worst repair vendors I ever dealt with. They were rude, insulting, and ripped me off, so unless you enjoy that behavior, I highly recommend staying away from those rip-off artists. Of note, was a neighboring vendor who agreed they had numerous complaints and an extremely heated altercation I witnessed with an employee the owner had just fired while I was there during my first of three visits to fix a flat tire - extremely incompetent!
