Bob was very pleasant and helpful giving us local information as we visited with him while he fixed a problem I had with my bike.

Traveling across the United States solo. Walked into the shop and told them my plight that I needed my saddle post bracket looked at. They were 5 minutes from closing and the person was not friendly or willing to even consider looking at my bike. Not great customer service.

TheTrailhead bike company has treated my family with the most of RESPECT.

Riding the TransAm across the country (self contained), I dealt with many shops along the way. Had a cracked rim in Wyoming and the shop there only had a less than ideal repair option to keep me on the road. Started breaking spokes In Idaho, so I called up the TrailHead to arrange a better repair. Bob helped me arrange and Paul did the repair/replacement. While there I also spoke with the equipment rental department to arrange an adventure for my day off.nAll employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.nI’m very happy and I highly recommend this shop!

I needed my snowboard to get resurfaced and it was pretty bad. It has quite a few large scratches in the bottom and I wanted it fixed before the season started so I brought it into The Trailhead and for $40 they have me a full service,taking the scratches of and giving it a fresh wax. They did a great job and I highly recommend.
