Mr Bill's Bicycles

Not sure this guy knows anything about bikes, but he sure as hell knows nothing about customer service. I called ahead to inquire about a certain size tube, which he said he had in stock. He said to come on in that he closes at 7. I drove the 15 minutes and when I arrived at 6:45 he said that he already closed out. WOW!!!! What a waste of time. The shop is in disarray and half empty and I know why!! On top of all that he was NOT WEARING A MASK!! Thankfully I never made it as far as the counter. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else!!

Just stopped in there because of Covet 19 to have my bike repaired so I could start riding again. They were so helpful and the service was amazing! They are shorthanded, which is understandable under the circumstances so you need to be patient.... all things considered was an excellent experience. They are very knowledgeable.

I dropped my bike off before covid started. All it needed was a tuneup and a pedal. Easy, right? I was told it would be 2-3 weeks. That was fine. No prob. I called at week 4 to inquire about the status of my bike. Bill answered, and checked my ticket number, he barked at me that they were no where near to getting to my bike. I said that I was told 2-3 weeks, and it was now week 4. Then he snapped that they are short staffed, he can't keep employees, blah blah blah. All I heard were lousy excuses delivered w a horrible attitude. I presume that's why they are continually short staffed. I got my bike back after 6 weeks! I'll find somewhere else to go next time. I don't need to give my money to someone w an attitude.
