Personalized service, and, willingness to serve the customer when things don't go quite right. Worked with both Dana and Kelsi at the Cherry Hill, New Jersey company store and they were great. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service! Helped my out in a pinch with part that fell off my bike. They were extremely helpful and responsive. Oh and I don't even own a Trek, yet.

Fast friendly service. Hard to find tube in stock and repair done by Ellie was expertly performed within 20 minutes of arrival. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. People and dog friendly! Beautiful store and felt Covid safe.

I purchased my Trek form this store during COVID in May of 2020. Called the store, they had the bike I was looking for it just needed to be assembled and then I could pick it up. Since I got the bike in May I have had to go back to the store on 4 separate occasions for little issues with the bike. Each time I have gone back to this store the staff is always extremely friendly, and helpful. They have been able to fix my minor problems right on the spot. I never expected anything to be fixed right away, but it has happened on numerous occasions and I am extremely happy about it. I love the bike and riding so much! I will most likely be upgrading in the next couple of years and am positive that Trek and this location will be my bike brand of choice long into the future.

Had an excellent experience at Trek in Cherry Hill. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with friendly smiles willing to help. I dropped my bike off for service everything was done in a timely fashion and they kept me updated through the entire repair process I would definitely recommend
