Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel hands down!!! From the very beginning I called to confirm reservation and the woman was very short and not friendly at all. I booked the hotel on hotwire for an end total of $72.87 and thought oh that's not bad for a 3.5 star hotel. Little did I know. I went to check in and the woman at counter was not friendly at all and did not greet me. I told her I was here to check in and she asked for my credit card and IDs for everyone staying in the room. I asked if it was a room with a king bed or 2 queens because I checked hotel chooses type. She said it was a king. I asked if she had a room with two queens available She said she did, but I would have to pay extra. I said okay expecting it to be a few dollars more It's a $6 difference on the app. I then saw the charge was $36.11. That made my total a $108.98 where there standard rate on their website was $84.60 for two queens and $75.60 for a king. Gross overcharge. After I realized the charge I went to the front desk and the woman there said it should have only been $10, but she didn't have the authority to change it and would leave a note on my account for the morning crew and they could fix it. I went back To the front desk in the morning and she said there was a note you were upset with the charge, but nothing about refunding. She then mentioned the lady last night could have refunded it, but that is what they charge. At this point I was so frustrated. She told me she couldn't do anything, but to talk to Brenda on Monday. What a joke.nThe hotel was also in rough shape. I read it was recently remodeled and 3.5 star. What a let down. Many scratches and poorly patched holes. Remodel very poorly done. There were stains on towels. I must say the beds were comfy so that a plus. Overall, what I thought was going to be a good deal turned into a over priced disaster with Very poor customer service. Would not recommend a stay here.

Our son attended a birthday party at the pool, it was ok. The pool area is fairly run down. We had to get a wrist band at the front desk to go into the pool area, but had to knock on the door for someone to let us in due to the key card locks being active. There were no towels in the pool area.. overall it just seemed as if there is not a lot of attention being paid to the hotel.

We booked months in advance for a family get together and were told 79 dollars per night for the rooms we requested. The rooms were adjoining pool side which was great, that was were the great ended though. Both rooms had dried blood stains on sheets and duvets and paint was peeling off the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. When I got the bill we were billed 120 a night with no explanation other then that's what we charge staff person said a manager would call back.... still waiting. We were ok with the rooms for 79 but fell way short at 120!

The food was great last year but it's gone downhill. No restaurant except for the bar. The rates were a lot better. The new owners don't know what their doing. They need to bring back the restaurant and make their breakfast food. Bring back the Sunday omelettes!!!!!! The food is the only bad thing besides the rates.

Have different feeling about this place. Something was good, something not really. Thinks that I not like. Looks like hotel people use a lot but maintenance not care much (lots of scratches and marks on doors and walls). Housekippers did good job, room was clean and hallways also. In day we stay there was some kind of auction, that's why after 9:00am was so loud. Breakfast only till 9:30 (wish to be longer). Somehow I get room, where someone already stay. But thanks for frondesck staff they fix that and was very kind and helpful.
