Customer service, clean room and comfy bednnMy only dislike was that the bathroom needed some maintenance work. I left a note suggesting 3 maintenance work orders
It's clean but the room is small and old. Needs updated!
Very nice. Clean rooms. Comfy bed
Bed was comfortable and room was clean, however the microwave didn't work and the overhead light was sketchy had to turn it off and on to get it to turn on. TV was a bit on the fritz as well.
Theo is a great manager, very professional. Hopefully he can get things turned around there. Quality Inn brass should feel lucky to have him.
