Great experience! “Chris” helped me find a pack that was right for me. He took great care in finding me three really good options. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable he was with all the packs he showed me! We did opt to shop around but ultimately purchased online the Osprey Aura Chris showed us. I've been in REI co-op member for maybe 10 years. I love REI I love the way they do business the people there are extremely friendly, and the knowledge of the staff is second to none. Yes there is no doubt that at times what they sell is pricey, but it's always of the highest quality. I also love the way they handle their customer service accepting returns no questions asked even for products that you may have had for as long as a year.

Went in the other day to buy some climbing shoes. I don’t have a lot of experience so I knew I would need some help getting a good fit. The gentlemen who helped me, I think his name was Herb? He was so nice and knowledgeable. It’s great when you can go into a store and talk to someone who knows what they are talking about.

The only REI I buy from in the area. The store is well organized and stocked with the best items. They have quality staff, who are always willing to help and answer any questions. I recently had an issue with a gift card being “locked” when trying to make a purchase. The associate called corporate and resolved the issue in minutes for me. I could not have asked for better service!

Employees were helpful and very attentive to what we needed. We were there to get boots for my spouse for work and an associate came over to help us within a minute of being there. She was knowledgeable about the different types of boots and took the time to help us.
