So far its great! Not sure I like the idea of landlords having one master key for every mobile home, could be disastrous if it got in the wrong hands. Better to have individual, but thats my opinion. A/C freezes up almost daily. Rent is reasonable and ALL inclusive. Quiet community and very clean and well kept.
The manager takes the time to answer questions and to best help accommodate you. Clean park. And the trailers are immaculent.
Feels like I'm staying at a cheap motel, but in reality I'm paying 1k+/mo
