Sold trailer to owner. She still owes won't pay. Water brown, water freezes up for weeks in winter. Spring breakup you need a 4-wheel drive to get out. You won't get deposit. Money hungry

Arkota Rv park is not the best option in williston. The water is brown and sometimes gets randomly shut off. I was also promised my security deposit would be mailed to me. Instead after months of ignoring my phone calls and text I still don't have my deposit back. Stay at your own risk!
