They spread rumors... charge way too much! Why do you think a good portion of your trailers are EMPTY! Oil is slow... STOP OVERCHARGING! Worst of all... STOP MICRO-Managing!!! three people in office... why? what do you do, other than SPREAD RUMORS... get a life and stop watching ours!!!!
The office people are awesome, they are kind and understanding and helpful. As far as the place to live its way overpriced, I have never rented a place that you are responsible for buying the filters for the hvac, or light bulbs, or batteries for the keyless entry on your front door.
I don't live there, but go daily (family lives there). The roads are a little questionable, but overall the area seems clean & the inside of the homes are nice.
Eh nothing digital only one internet service provider and they are so over priced
Very awesome community. Everyone if friendly. Be aware lot of kids drive slow
