The room was very noisy
Terrible service the front desk lady was absolutely rude and told my grandma that she would have to pay more than quoted on the phone, she rolled her eyes and was eating at front desk, very unprofessional. She treated us like an inconvenience and was not welcoming whatsoever and the queen beds are not queen they are full and when asked to see a room she slammed her food down. She was not kind whatsoever and quoted her coworker who originally gave us the price as “wrong and that she didn’t want to get into it” when my grandma apologized for apparently showing up? Such terrible service. Do not recommend to anyone. Will be complaining to manager.
The room seems small adequate. A family was there in the evening eating dinner in the dining area. They were quite loud and with two crock pots there the whole place smelled of stew. Not something i would allow. But hey i guess it was homey for them.
This is a great hotel not just because it's clean and well-maintained but the staffs are great, courteous and render good customer service.
I am very unhappy with this hotel. I got locked out of my room and called the number for assistance. They answered and said they’d be down in 5 minutes to help and I waited there for an hour. I tried calling a few more times and it said they hung up every time. Never coming back to this hotel. If I could rate negative stars I would.
