AAAA Bike Shop

I took my bike for a tuneup last Saturday (paid $60), but on the next afternoon I found the front tire was flat. When I called the store Monday morning, the person who took the call was friendly and told me they will fixed it for free. When I took the bike back and explained the situation, workers told me the tuneup had nothing to do with the flat tire and it cost $20 to change the tube, and the tone was unfriendly. After they finished, I went to the cashier to pay, I was told the charge was over $40. I do not recommend this place after this experience.

Great bike shop. They were out of the bike I wanted so they directed me to the manufacturer’s web site where I ordered the bike online and had it sent to AAAA. It took two days to arrive and they put it together in 45 minutes, went through the basics and I was out the door. No nonsense, great customer service. I will direct others to use this bike shop.
