I have been a customer of Beachwood bikes for many years and they always seem to impress. Very knowledgeable, courteous staff that take the time to answer any questions you may have. All the bike mechanic highly experienced, professional, and do quality work.nnWhile not currently in the market for a bike (always love to look) nevertheless they gave me good advice and answered my many questions. I came away with a better understanding of what I need and because of this, when I'm ready to buy it'll be Beachwood Bikes.

I took my grandson's wheel there this morning for repair. The service was very prompt and friendly. The technician showed me that a wheel defect had caused the inner tube to be punctured. He repaired the wheel, replaced a new tube, remounted the tire to the wheel, and gave me advice on the correct air pressure for a child's bicycle. I was in and out of the shop in about 15-20 minutes. I can't speak highly enough of the courtesy, expertise, and friendliness of this shop. And the cost was less than I expected. I can't recommend Beachwood Bicycles highly enough. Very nice place to do business. Thank you Beachwood.
