Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sedalia

Room clean, pool warm, hot tub hot. First day a blonde housekeeping lady pushed her way into my room. I said I didn't need anything, she kept on moving forward like she was getting into the room whether I wanted or not. Lady serving the food was huffing and puffing and coughing, she was nice though. Rona doesn't care if you or the person giving it to you is nice... Lots of handy things you can buy, greatly inflated prices-but very handy.

The hotel was beautiful! Clean and the staff was awesome! Had breakfast in the morning and they had a wonderful lady serving it so their weren't others hands all over the food. Best hotel I've been too in a long time!!

**Update** Charged me twice for the same stay. Lady at the front desk was very friendly. Didnt seem to care and tried to blame it on the staff before her.nnI had to call corporate. Whoevre responded to this review assumed I didn't know authorized charge is. Let me explain a little more.nMY CARD WAS CHARGED A PRECHARGE WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE AND RESERVATION. IT WAS ALSO CHARGED WHEN I CHECKED IN TO THE HOTEL. Therefore I had 2 precharges for the same room. I had to call corporate. They fixed it after a few days but never gave an apology, not one time.

It got us a bed to sleep so it was that much, but had hair in the shower, gross!! Definitely needed some deeper cleaning. Need more decor in the room, it was perty drab. Breakfast was perty good tho.

My room was clean and the hotel in general is clean and in good repair. Always a nice stay here when I come down once a year.
