Pro-Velo

I was referred to Pro-Velo by the staff at Hotel Bothwell. I had a problem with a bike wheel, so went to Pro-Velo. The shop was closed for the evening, but Ebby was outside talking with a friend. The shop was scheduled to open at noon the following day, but I needed to get back on the trail before that. Ebby re-opened his store and took care of my problem in about 5 minutes. He was so friendly and helpful and I was very grateful! I would recommend Pro-Velo and Ebby to anyone looking for professional cycling products and service in Sedalia and beyond.

I write reviews when the experience was exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. In this case it was excellent. The owner was fantastic. I bent my rim on day 1 of a 4 day Katy Trail ride and we came to his shop right as he was closing. He was more than willing to help. Took the rim to the back and in a matter of minutes had it trued up and back on the bike. And he trimmed a brake cable just to get it out of the way and make life easier. He definitely knew his trade well. To top it off he was very personable and recommended a fantastic hotel right across the street, the historic Bothwell, which was another great experience. THANK YOU. Quality and service at its best at this bike shop.
