It's Thanksgiving and one of the owners is driving the hotel van so more staff can have the day off.nnI stay here regularly, definitely everyone I've met here has been very nice. The view varies greatly, depending on which room you're in.
Very nice room. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. The grab and go breakfast was lacking. It also needed better attendance. Milk leaking from the pitchers. Picked over well for a Saturday morning at 9am. Front desk clerk at the time really didn't care that it looked this way.
I called to see what the restrictions were with COVID-19, I asked about conjoining rooms with a door between. Whomever I talked to said yes they have them. I called back the next day to book two rooms letting them know I needed conjoining rooms as I’m one adult with 7 kids coming in for a birthday party. The receptionist tells me she would make a note of it. When I get to the motel to check in they don’t have any available and did nothing to compensate for something I was told was available two days in a row over the phone. The receptionist at check in was very rude and snotty. This motel will not get my business again.
Beautiful place. Wonderful room for events and expos of any size. I couldn't believe how amazing it all turned out all while in compliance with the social distancing.
Im looking at other reviews and im not positive but pretty sure the upper floors are in better condition than the lower floors?? I was on floor 2. Not nice rooms.
