Wyndham this place needs your attention if you want to keep it as part of your family. I'm pretty honest with my reviews and try not to complain for minimal things.nn1st. We walked into the unit and it smell so bad that it was not pleasant at all.n2nd. A towel in the bathroom was dirty of some stain.n3rd. Refrigerator was so loud that it will be almost impossible to sleep. I was so tired and had to disconnect it unreal.n4rd. The pillow covers where dirty of some nasty stain so unpleasant and annoying. I was so close to just pick my stuff and leave.nnPlease take action we as customers don't deserve this.nnSincerely: Mr Rodriguez
Rooms are accessible to anyone's basic needs
It wasnt bad staying here. The front desk was very understanding and very caring to my needs.
The overall stay was perfect, it needs an update, it has everything you need for a couple days. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fair. The pool and hot tub were great. The sauna didn't work disappointed as it was the reason of staying there. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend if your not looking for anything fancy.
The front desk lady was so nice, respectful.
