They were extremely accommodating with my COVID-related change of plans, even when they did not have to be. I was so pleasantly surprised by the service. I believe it was Nancy who assisted. Thank you!
This is a wonderful place to stay! The room was super clean and nice, the staff was awesome! Especially Julie, she helped me book my second night and made my family feel welcomed. The complimentary breakfast was great! The pool was clean and nice. We just had a great time eventhough the weather wasnt so great. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Minot. Thanks again Julie and the rest of the gang, you truly went above and beyond.
Do not stay here! I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and then this last time the desk agent said I couldn't stay at the hotel because I wasn't 21. So had to find a different place in town. Come to find out my card still got charged for the night! Contacted the hotel and they were very uncooperative! Why should I pay for the hotel stay when they didn't even let me stay there!
Great room for a great price, staff was fantastic and Trion did a super job keeping hot fresh food and the breakfast area well supplied. Great stay
DONT STAY HERE! We got a $200 charge because “our room smelled like weed”. We do not smoke. We did not smell anything when checking out of our room in the hallways either. When confronting the manager about the situation she kept repeating that the room keepers told her. We asked why she didn’t check herself and she then said she checked later on. She is a liar. We will not be staying here ever again.
