I feel like family here. Hot tub and pool are nice. I don't really do the muffins and yogurt for breakfast, bye enjoy coffee in my room. A decent room at a decent price with management who cares.
After my bike broke down on a x-country tour, I was referred to Northern Plains by a local as a good place to stay while I waited for my bike to get repaired. The check in was painless, the amenities were easily accessible, and everything was clean. On top of that, I got to talk with Victor in the morning who went the extra mile to make sure everything was up to standard and that I was feeling welcomed. The entire experience was the sort of thing one hopes for when staying at a hotel: refreshing, relaxing, and hassle free. I won't bother looking anywhere else the next time I pass through Minot.
We didn't have a reservation, but we got a super nice king room. Everything was clean and nice. I would recommend anyone in the Minot ND area to stay here. Super friendly at the front desk. All in all a great experience. We will stay again when in the Minot ND area.
We stayed two night. The The staff was super helpful and amenities were great. The indoor pool was fun. The room's condition was great. I will recommend this hotel. I will come again with my family.
