A very good place to stay
Very clean rooms and friendly service
Last night after we went to meet up with my inlaws we went to the front desk to asked for fresh towels. In the back of the front I saw a lady back there but she just ignored me and hid and didn't even tell or let know the front desk person that there is a guests in the front. My husband tried to get the front desk personnel's attention after a little while. So when we finally got his attention and asked for fresh towels he gave us a face looking annoyed. My concern is if a guests needs something from them they should give what they need without getting annoyed and getting ignored. What had happened yesterday was very unacceptable.. We will never stay in this hotel anymore. poor service and staff has attitude.
Do not stay here bad service
Clean, comfortable, friendly. Good breakfast. Huge room.
