Two week stay, the GM never had breakfast , never offered the free days for stay overs, we disposed of our on garbage, I had to call to ask to clean my room, and I had to beg for clean sheets which should be cleaned every 3 days. I paid for my room for a weekend and was out of town. Came back and there were STILL boxes of garbage and food in my room, no signs of a sheet touched OR vacuum. Piss poor mgmt and she tried charging 400.00 to my debit card to boot, when we used my husband's debit card in the first place. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.......

Excellent rooms and price is just right also customer service is goodnWe enjoy our stay all the time.nIf you stay here before to join the membership is worth it all

The first room we were in, the toilet wouldn't stop running and there was a huge divot in the middle of the bed which was super uncomfortable. They went to move us to the second floor but the keys they gave us didn't work. So we left all of our stuff in the hallway for at least 15 minutes while they tried to figure out the door. So then they moved us back down to first floor and the room was fine the first night and they did discount the room for the inconvenience. Second night at 3am the HVAC unit started making this horrible whining noise and didn't quit even when we tried to turn the unit off. Didn't sleep at all after that. We were checking out the next day and had the do not disturb sign out. Check out is at 11:30 and we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 10am. Super rude. I tried to tell the lady at the front desk while I was checking out and she completely dismissed me and just kept asking if I wanted a receipt. She did offer $25 off our next stay but there's no way we will ever stay here again. There's so many hotels in Minot, pick any place other than this.
