The managers are straightforward people are genuine and I like them the park is clean and well-managed

My mom and I put an application in here to buy a mobile home. First of all, we paid $100 to the MHP. What an absolute waste of our money. The people who handle the background and credit check for the MHP had me go online and get a credit check and then submit a background check to them and also have my personal references call them!! **The BEST thing about the whole park is the Manager Donna. What an absolute Sweet Gal.. What was the $100 I paid them for?? That's literally highway robbery and felt like a scam to get our money. Don't waste your time or money at this MHP. I'm going to contact Manufactured Housing about getting our money back.. Apparently these owners also own "Ok MHP" too. I guess the name says it all...

This place should be leveled.the trailers are so old.city of fallen should get rid of trailer parks all together.
