Quality Inn & Suites Near Nas Fallon

Try another hotel. I booked this hotel room by mistake. I thought I was reserving a room at a different hotel. When we got to the room, the toilet was clogged. When we called the front desk, they did not offer us another room. Instead they delivered to our door a toilet plunger. Not so that they could plunge the toilet. But so that we could plunge the toilet. Really? So disgusting!

Had great experience with the front desk agent! Very kind staff! The room was very spacious and comfortable! Will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

Quality, value, and nice staff.

My friends and I take our road bikes on long weekend getaways. We usually end up with 4-5 to a room. Quality Inn has always had an vacancy and treats us very well. The rooms are clean, quiet and the heating and AC work. The price is always affordable.

This was one of the nastiest hotels I have stayed in. The room smelled terrible. There was dirt splatter on the top of the shower wall. The floors need cleaned terribly. Having three queens in the room was great but they were truly crammed in there. It worked, they just need to up their maintenance routine. The bathroom is super tiny for a room that they are fitting 3 queen beds in. We had 5 people and they only gave us two towels. I know you can get more but it shouldn't be necessary.
