Would NEVER stay here again! Old and rundown. Our bathmat was a torn rag. I did not feel like it was clean or disinfected. Our sheets looked like they had not been washed and they didn't fit on the bed! Takeaway breakfast was an apple and granola bar. One good thing was that the room was quiet after we turned the fan and heat completely off!

Room and hallways dirty and ill cared for. Shower curtain disgusting. Vending and ice machine out of order on the 3rd floor so it was necessary to go down a floor for these amenities. Traveling with our small, well behaved dog and were placed in a room on the 3rd floor as that is where the pet rooms were. If you've ever traveled with a dog, this makes no sense at all. The grounds of the hotel were poorly cared for and there was nowhere for our pup to do his business because what grass there was littered with trash and uncut. Needed to use the well cared for hotel properties nearby. We are reward members and use Best Western hotels exclusively when traveling. This is the first BW we have ever found any issue with.

Nasty. Dirty. Smelly. No one wore masks. Unsafe! And even though they allow pets. They're not pet friendly. The only grass is way across the parking lot. The place is falling apart and the doors to the outside don't even lock. When I dragged my mom with me in the middle of the night to let my dog out cause I was afraid to go alone.. there were people inside charging their phones that weren't even staying there. The staff was nice, that's the only good thing I can say.

Enjoyed are stay. Jamie the front desk Lady was very friendly and nice. She got us checked into are room quickly. She was great I will most definitely will come back. Are room was nice and clean , We have a room that was right in front of the pool the view was beautiful

This place is pretty nice outside and in the lobby. However the room and the hallways need lots of love. We were not impressed at all. The room wasn’t super clean, found two hairs in the bathroom that were not ours, the bed wasn’t made nicely, stains in the carpet and marks on the walls. It made us a bit uncomfortable. We also found a mask between the bed and the chair which is gross! We had a room facing the west which we had a nice view. Okay shower, no lotions. It was okay but not impressed. Also they ran out of to go breakfast by 7:30am.
