These guys assembled a 3 wheel adult bike for me to give as a gift , I am over 200 miles away in another state. I had the bike Fed X ed to them everything had to be done via phone. I have never seen them in person, Elijah is the young man who helped me and he kept me informed and updated, Kudos to Blue Bikes owner (Mark Cox) for having a great employee.
