Holiday Inn Express Fallon

I am enjoying my stay here. I gave a four only because the person getting the room had complications with the reservation due to a glitch in the computer system. The staff; however, helped get us squared away.

Water too hot and no pressure. Seems old decor and appliances. No breakfast and housekeeping knocking on the door despite no disruption sign

It was fine for the night...shower had two settings -- lava or hyper magma. Maid REALLY wanted to get in the room, even though we had the do not disturb sign up. No water bottles or anything in the room. Everything was closed because of COVID, which was expected, but normally they'll at least have a to go bag for breakfast at other hotels to make up for it. This one didn't.

No complaints. The staff were polite. No pool access still due to COVID-19 (6/8/2020). We only stayed for one night but the hotel was very clean and tidy. They didn't have coffee in the room, so I called the front desk and they brought me sugar, cups and coffee packs.

Heating system blew cold air half the time so there was no reason to turn it on for additional noise.
