The hotel and room was clean. The staff is friendly. There was grab and go breakfast. Muffins, cereal, milk, juice, fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea. You could eat at the tables but we ate in our room. The beds were comfortable. The water slide was really fast. I wouldn't recommend for anyone under 5.

This is a generally nice hotel. I come to hotels for 2 reasons sleep and a good shower. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable but the people above my room had children that were stomping on the floor so hard it actually shook my bed and vibrated the walls in my room.nSo why 2 stars, because I went downstairs to talk to the front desk at 8 PM and by 10 PM there had been no change, the stomping continued to the point that I had to take a sleeping pill just to sleep comfortably.nThe management did nothing and were completely unhelpful.nI would have gone upstairs and talked to the disrespectful family but I didn't want to find myself in jail in Dickinson, ND.nThe stomping continued again at 6:30 the next morning.nGood hotel, unhelpful front desk that won't help you if your neighbors are disrespectful and rude.

Enjoyed my stay here after I was treated rudely at the Marriott town suites in Dickinson ND for refusing my dog. Customer service is amazing and room was very nice and clean with proper covid restrictions taken enjoyed my bed and will recommend if I travel to the Dickinson area highly recommend !!!

The water slide makes this place a 5 star with kids. It was so fun we could have stayed another day according to the kids. The hotel is kept clean and the rooms are new and the accommodations are clean, modern and comfortable. Now the breakfast wasn't great we came at 8:40, basically everything was gone and they wouldn't refill even though we saw him wrapping muffins for the next day. Plenty of food in the pantry so to speak. Time wasn't up until 9 and they wouldn't refill. Not sure if they only put a certain amount out each day but when you have customers, you take care of them. It's isn't like they are serving a big hot breakfast, like they advertise. Just put more yogurt, fruit, oatmeal and muffins out. Have enough to make sure everyone is taken care of. The grab and go breakfast wasn't great due to the hotels handling of COVID-19.
