This is my second time staying here and I've been very happy both times. There were a few small areas with cleanliness issues, but overall much better than other hotels. The kitchen area is great with pretty much everything you would need. The laundry room is great and the machines are newer lg commercial ones that work well and seem clean. No charge to use them.
We arrived late at night with no reservation and the lady at the front desk was very polite and accommodating and the room was beyond what we expected. I explained that we had been at a different hotel in town and our AC was not working and they would not give us a different room. When we checked in she gave me a couple complimentary bottles of water and a bag of ice to help cool us down. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and kind gesture. It was a great stay and I would certainly stay here again without hesitation.
We spent a lot of time in this hotel while in the area for work. I was always impressed with how clean the rooms were! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The soap in the rooms was great soap, I would buy it myself if i remembered the brand and knew where to get it!nn---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------nnDo NOT go to Hampton or Holiday INN.nStaff weren't at the counter, waited half an hour for them to show up, they are not pet friendly. Dirty.
Room was excellent ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d highly unexpected for the price range! Definitely will choose this company and especially this hotel over any big name hotel line. Compared to Wyndham and holiday inn I'd choose this hotel any day!
