You know the customer service and quality of a shop is exceptional when there are not only folks in town praising them, but even out of towners! I’m from Texas and been searching for a specific bike for months, and Luke and Cameron were awesome and hooked me up with the perfect bike and worked out everything. Thank you guys, you folks just added a few stars to yourselves and also to the Trek Brand!!!

These guys go the extra mile! They've been very accommodating as far as drop off/pickup for adjustments or upgrades. Top notch knowledgeable mechanics. Great sales team. Nice selection. This has been my favorite shop thus far. I've been cycling for about 15 years. I've had good and bad experiences at any shop I've worked with. So far Trek Lee's Summit in on point ud83dudc4c

This was an amazing day for my family! My kids are finally olde enough to ride trails with me and I knew exactly where to go for that expert advice for my kids new bikes! Cameron and the team at Trek Store Lee Summit, MO are the best! Thank you for a great experience that has lead to riding with my kids everyday since we purchased the bikes! I highly recommend all levels of riders who are wanting to start riding or those who are long time riders like myself to see Cam and his crew! GO!

This is the BEST bike shop in America! My wife and I just purchased 2 e-bikes, and Cameron and his team explained every last detail, until we were thoroughly comfortable with this new technology (to us!) The friendliest, most competent crew we've met!
