701 Cycle and Sport

I bought a cheap Walmart bike and had nothing but problems. I brought this cheap bike to 701 and they treated me like I was a valued customer even though I had never spent a dime there before. The cheap bike continued to give me problems so I decided to upgrade. I bought a Specialized bike from 701 and they treated me extremely well. I will continue to do business there no question about it!

I had no concept that bikes get tune ups, just knew my teenage son had complaints about his bike. I brought both of my teenagers bikes in to see if this new shop could check them over (if they even did that) and at least tell me if they could be fixed or if I needed to buy new bikes. Not only were the bikes checked over and tuned up, but the manager, Robin, took the time to educate me about true bike care and made sure my sons were educated as well and treated them both like the young adults they are!nnI have scoliosis and had given up bike riding because of the pain and discomfort felt after riding since 2013. If I wouldn't have met Robin, and felt true customer service given, and knowledge shared, I would NEVER had given myself another shot at riding a bicycle! FatBoy Brand works for me! This bike has given me back a joy of riding that most people take for granted! My body has no pain, I feel fully supported sitting on this bike, and it is all thanks to this store and the people who work there! I can read the details about bikes online but I know I would have never gotten on a bike again had it not been for the quality bikes in-store and a personable manager who obviously listens to her customers needs!nnThank you guys!

Robin has been awesome helping me out with my wheels & tires! I'm so glad there's finally a shop in town that can provide me with proper tire/wheel care.

Went in to buy a new chain for my bike ud83dudeb2 and they were very helpful they offered to put it on and did some extra work definitely will go again

I had my bike there for three weeks to get a tune up. They charged me $75 and as far as I can tell they did nothing to it. The derailleurs and brakes are still out of adjustment ( the only reason I brought it there).
