Clean, nice rooms, lots of storage in rooms for long term stays, nice bathrooms in hotel rooms, public restroom was very clean and the whole place was very clean and smelled good. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the restaurant, while it had delicious food, had an extremely long wait. We went later in the evening and waited over an hour for our food. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place to visit!
Front desk associates need more training. They had to call manager for simple room change to verify (change that they made, mistake on their end)nRaquel “front desk manager” rude, unprofessional and NO Help to my mother when checking in.nnHow and why do they have a manager that does NOT know how to fix simple issues.nnA VERY frustrating check in but Rooms are nice though. Lounge is SLOW, basic overpriced food.nnHotel is beautiful can not take away from that. Just their front desk associates are a headache with manager being no help.
Great breakfasts, clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Our room had a complete kitchen with pots, pans, plates and eating utensils. Helpful staff.
The room was perfect. But the tall lady with dark hair that helped check us in was very rude. She appeared to be training an older lady. He was so rude to the lady she was training. We really felt bad for her.
Excellent place to have an extended stay. Kitchenette in the room made it the perfect stay. Rooms are quiet and beds were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
