Just got a bike here. Very grateful they worked with me buying it. But they kept trying to up sell me on literally every purchase. Didn't listen to the size I asked for. Having an issue with a brake system and took it in 3 times, hasn't been fixed. Wheels weren't true. Maybe you have to spend over $1200 there to get what you ask for. I do not recommend anyone go here. Which is sad, so many people recommended me to this place and said they'd take care of me. But they only joked about the problem being a user error.

Can't say enough good things about this place. They are always super helpful and always will always do there best to help you work in your budget range. I went from buying the majority of my things online to buying everything I need here. They've also given me great suggestions on local routes that are fun to ride. I'll be a lifetime customer and will refer to them to anyone who needs any bike stuff!

Went into Revolution Cycles for the first time the other day to have a couple spokes fixed on my cx bike. I met Joe right away and he got me into the system quickly. Picked it up a couple days later and I'm back on the road. Joe and his staff were very courteous. They had a lot of bikes and tons of gear–everything you would need in a bike shop really.nnThis place is legit, I will be returning for sure.
