This is a busy store, but the staff is always trying to help the customers in a friendly manner! Technicians and clerks have always been helpful, even when things aren’t correct or ready when we’ve been notified.
They were great before they moved to the new location in Mandan. Since then the service is horrible. Your prescription is sent in in the morning and at 5:36pm it is still not filled. After I waited in the drive through for 50min. Sad.
The staff is very friendly and can answer most questions. Auto-refill program is also nice. My beef with this place is that I have never ONCE been called when my prescription is ready. I have given staff members my phone number to put on my account 4 to 5 times now but they still call my mother or father when my birth control is ready....I am almost 23 years old. I don't need my parents taking my prescription calls!! Fix this for others...I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere.
New store and new technicians. For 11 months I have had nothing but incompetent service. After making several calls to correct their mistakes I finally blew up today with a technician. I was transferred to Mark who couldnt figure out any thing after explaining the problems and locating my meds. After getting to the bottom of the mess he added he had 6 people in line he had to talk to. I feel my needs are just as important! This pharmacy has been my choice for years because I believed in the service they once had.
Service is terrible.
