Erik's - Bike Board Ski

Brought in a bike for my niece that had been outside for the last 5 years? Peter Wimmer, one of the managers & George Clark, the service manager, inspected it to make sure was worth fixing? The advised it was, & had it ready in just a couple days! It rides great & my niece loves it. We saved a lot of money not having to buy a new one! Thank you to the service team that steered us in the right direction!! Truthful play on words!

Outstanding service department. I brought a couple wayward relics in that I bought 10 and 17 years ago. George was honest and warned it may be 12 days before he could even look at it. My two dinosaurs were back in my possession in just 5 days. Shifting and braking like a dream with no embarrassing noises . I couldn't be happier with how smoothly this all went. No cycle snobs here. I was considering a new bike in the near future and this will definitely be where I go. Thanks guys!

I am updating this post to a positive review after Aaron at Erik's Bike resolved the issue. Thanks.nnI have been waiting since August to receive the replacement STIX lights due to recall. It’s getting darker earlier and I need replacements ASAP please. Best hands down. George & Will squared my enduro away and went out of their way to help me pick up the bike. 11/10 would recommend.
