I really enjoyed my experience at this bike shop. I knew nothing about bikes and went in to purchase my first one about a week ago. When I walked in I asked the first person I saw for help and she was legit awesome. I believe her name was Erica. Blond haired girl with blue eyes. Said she was in school. Anyways she was very helpful, very patient and very knowledgeable. She was not pushy at all and was able to answer all my questions. I ended up walking out of there with a Trek bike, helmet, water bottle holder, kickstand and a bike lock. Erika installed my kick stand and water bottle holder and gave me some minor education about the bike. I would definitely visit this store to buy a bike again!

Probably the best bike shop I have ever been to. Very professional knowledgeable staff. Very fair prices and I am so thrilled to have found the bike I was looking for at this shop after 3 months of searching. So many bike shops are completely out of inventory and proce gouging, this place had the exact bike I wanted at a great price. Maria was fantastic, she was the one who helped me and made it a very fast, easy and enjoyable experience.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could they are great. My family has been getting all our boarding and bike gear from the McGhie’s stores for a long time and I always get great advice on what is going to work best for me and my kids. If your on the West side ask for Sean he is very knowledgeable and has great customer service.

WOW! The best bike store I have ever been to. Maria was amazing. customer service outstanding. Prices are fair and they had exactly what I was looking for. We bought two bikes here and they had them put together out of the box in an hour.

You guys rock. Everyone on the crew is knowledgeable and are just rad humans. Thanks for the great experience of buying our bikes :) Shout out to Erica and Nick. Thank you both for answering all of our questions and never being a pushy sales person. We appreciate it.
