My dad and I went to get two of our bikes to get repaired. We thought it would cost over hundreds of dollars, but the cost was astonishing! They asked us very kindly about what was wrong and then they took the bikes in right away. They fixed our bikes in about 20 minutes and the quality of the fix was amazing. They were very quick and kind, and overall it was the best experience of a bike shop my dad and I ever had!

I found this shop after failing to find decent customer service at other bike shops in the area. As soon as I entered the store, I knew these guys were who I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable of bikes and helped me find the perfect bike for me, a Specialized Crossroads 2.0. They had a solid inventory and all the accessories I needed. I drove an hour and a half from Kirksville just to give these guys my business. I can’t recommend them enough.

Still a bit salty about my Trek repairs. But these guys recognized my stolen bike a year and two months after it was stolen. And that's a long time to remember a bike. It is back home now. Thank you Cyclex.

Had some bike issues on the Katy Trail and Angela was the best! Very knowledgeable and changed the part out herself.
