Awesome customer service. Jeff assisted us in the shoe department. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind the 15 trips to the back for different sizes and styles. Thanks Jeff! The people working in the cycle shop are the best! We purchased bikes several years ago and only have them serviced in Henderson (although we live on the West side). Thanks for the great personalities and expertise!
A pretty good place to find almost anything outdoors. It's worth it to get the REI membership as their "garage sales" usually have some killer deals. Also their exchange policy has been fantastic.
The crew working at the bike shop at this REI provide excellent service. Bob and Jesse helped install brakes on my old Schwinn and really went above and beyond. It wasn't easy getting newer parts to fit but they spent the time to get it right. Very informative and friendly too!!
Very clean and organized store. Hand sanitizer everywhere and they offer masks if you forget yours. I was just browsing and at various times random employees I walked by offered to help me without any pressure, was very nice. The staff was very friendly kudos to them.
