Bert helped me get the perfect shoes to help with my flat feet. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I would want more employees like him on my staff.
We recently went to the store and inventory is really low right now. I'm assuming due to the pandemic. It just seems like ordering online right now is better. There isn't a lot of insentive to come in when several shelves are empty. For example we were looking at kayak gear and the had 0 kayaks. And not much of anything else. The do seem to have plenty of apparel through if your shopping for clothes.
Not what I expected for our 1st visit to your store. A bit disappointed in how cluttered it was and empty displays with boxes on the floor not in any particular order. Finally got some assistance to help me look for a new bicycle. Just for your information, using just a height chart as a guide for the proper bike, AGE should also be part of how you fit a person to a particular bike. I tried to ride one of your bikes based on height on your carpeted area in front of your bike display, got off on the concrete walkway, slipped and fell off the bike I was trying out. I'm ok, because I fell, my recommendation stands.
This location is clean and nice. They appear to have a lot of items except for workout equipment since everyone appears to be working out at home. There are some really good deals as well. They are following the Covid guidelines and appear to be keeping people safe.
Very clean and neat store. All of the associates were friendly and helpful.
