The RM#111 was not in serviceable condition when it was booked out for a stay. Leaking sink cause a slip and fall. Owners knew about the leak and decided not to take action other than put a bucket under the sink. They took it upon themselves to blame an isolated dirty spot on the carpet on me and charged my credit card without authorization!!! These people are the ones who take it upon themselves to do what they want, when they want...and not think about any retaliation. These people put on a nice smile and a front but they are scammers! I would not recommend anyone to stay there! The rates are cheap but if they can charge a credit card without authorization, is it worth the risk?
Very dirty was told it was 100% smoke Free . Why does it smell like a chain smoker dive bar? There is an ash tray on the table . Room was full of flies . The parking lot is very small and not enough spaces . Online booking sites Ted should not be selling these rooms At All!!! Beware Do Not Stay Here !
I wish I can give it a zero star i don't know how people saying its clean comfortable are u out of u mind I get its sheap but be respectful responsible we spend one night few hours and wel left tye place is disgusting like really bad smells dirty sheets bathroom do not stay there pay tye extra whatever, go somewhere else save u self.
Good price through Hotels.com however the owners wife kept trying to get products we were selling for free because she kept saying she gave us a good deal..that we told her she didn't give...we got it through hotels.com. Asked for toilet paper and the owners wife threw it at my wife. We stayed 3 days and every day we were hounded to give her free stuff and we were told that she had to sign up with hotels.com in order for us to get that deal, so we should give her free stuff just like the guys selling apples and oranges from California. Not restful just stressful.
The room is exactly as described. However when i reserved i was told i could put the deposit on my card but when i got here i still had to give a 100$ CASH deposit. I got here at 2:45pm. By the time i was done checking in it was 2:58pm but was charged a 10$ early check in fee only to wait 10+ min because they were painting the sidewalk.... so i didnt even get the room till after 3pm.... The room is clean tho My only issue was the check in..
