The phone number on Google was not right. Tried calling durect off the website - no answer. ( I'm sure the person who answered the first time wasn't going to answer again). Drive to the place, there were cars there by several rooms but the office was locked up tight. it was only 5:30. There was no note on the door with a number to call for assistance. Needless to say, we moved on
I had the pleasure of staying at The Vintage Inn in Scott City, KS. We were immediately greeted by the the very friendly manager who welcomed us and showed us to our room. She even introduced us to a few of the long term guests who were barbecuing. The room had a cool, yet simplistic style to it. If you like eclectic, you'll get a kick out of this place.nnNow this place does not offer a lot of the bells and whistles other hotels offer. But the location does offer lots of eating options. It was December and the park next door was decorated in Christmas lights. If you are just looking for a cool place to lay your head, then I think The Vintage Inn is the place for you.
Quirky, interesting themed rooms, well decorated, more like a guest room in someone's home than a motel. They've upgraded most things, AC, bathroom, paint, cable TV, bed, but still have a little bit of cosmetic work to do. The owners went out of their way to accommodate me when I arrived late. Definitely a reasonable price and very unique. I'll stay again!
This not a 5 star hotel or a newer hotel. The rooms are clean very cute and affordable. The place is very quiet and the owners are really nice. We got the last room when the roads were closed. Thank you for a nice stay.
Bathroom and shower is very tiny. Overall, a good stay.
