Nice, clean little hotel. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. The room we stayed in had a very creaky shower tub that squeaked whenever you moved but it did not take away from the stay here. Made our visit through Scott City great, highly recommended this hotel.
This hotel is very clean with nice staff. My major issue is that when I wanted to block off rooms for my wedding, they said they didn't do that. But they did offer to do a 10% discount. Still well over $100 for the night. I was going to be bringing in over 25 rooms a night for them. Not smart business at all in my opinion. This is a small town. Where is the small town service?
When we first got there, there was an issue with our payment through Expedia, but Sirena at the front desk was able to navigate us through that with no problem. She was very friendly and helpful. Avie, also at the front desk, was really nice and gave us great recommendations for breakfast since the hotel is on a limited breakfast due to Covid-19.nOur room was amazing, very clean, and comfortable for our three night stay. This hotel is fantastic, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
