Rode by RANS Bikes and was super glad I stopped. Kara and Jerrell were welcoming and kind to show me their manufacturing facility. It was exciting to see Jerrell’s innovative approaches to design and fabrication. I was impressed with the detailed care put into their bikes.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. I purchased a used RANS Force 5 XP recumbent bike. Apparently my particular model was only produced for a very short time. I needed a replacement idler assembly and the original design had been discontinued. They sent me a replacement that fits 95% of the F5 model bikes but not mine. At least not without a few modifications. However they helped me figure out how to make it work for my bike so I could get back to enjoying my rides. When the time comes to buy a brand new bike I will definitely be spending my money with RANS. Their bikes and customer service are TOP NOTCH! Thanks again RANS Bikes!
