I bought my bike from Capps in April and ride it all the time. The other day, I ran into a curb and got a flat and I took it to them. They had me back on the road in 20 minutes and at a VERY reasonable price..
The best bicycle shop around. Chris does an excellent job matching you with the right equipment, fitting it properly, and getting it to you a good price. Their history in Topeka has always been based on the best products combined with the best customer service. I have sent multiple friends to Capps throughout the years and everyone that I have sent have become buyers and continued customers. I've been a Capps customer since their family took over the bike shop in the 80s. I will continue with them into the future.
Really appreciate the guys at the store and their willingness to take time to order and fit a new bike. They took the time to make sure the bike was what we were looking for and adjusted seat height and position to make sure it was ready to ride.
